Incapacitants

By James Miller

no
                    need
                    to save for our
                    pensions

listen
                    and
                    just this
                    once

when
                    prisoners
                    slam themselves
                    meat-red on

your
                    guard
                    house plexiglass
                    they

hope
                    but
                    not to break
                    free
