David Dodd Lee is a poet, fiction writer, and visual artist. His latest book is a book of Ashbery erasures, And Others, Vaguer Presence. His artwork was recently featured in The Journal (along with cover art and an interview), and artwork has appeared in Permafrost, The Hunger, Indianapolis Review, Tupelo Quarterly, JMWW, Packingtown Review, Pinball, and elsewhere. He is an illustrator at The Rumpus. His short story, “Hawks,” appeared in the 2020 anthology Best Short Fictions, published by Sonder Press.
